HELP US GET MORE KIDS ON BIKES. JOIN OUR BENEFIT RIDE. CHANGE A YOUNG LIFE.

Grab your mountain bike, bring a friend, and join us for the Making Spirits Bright Foundation Benefit Ride on Sunday, October 18th from 8:00–10:00 AM at SkyPark! Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping local kids experience the thrill and adventure of mountain biking.

🚲 YOU CAN HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE

For kids, a bike ride is more than just a ride. It’s a chance to build confidence, discover something new, spend time outdoors, and learn positive coping skills.
100% of the proceeds from the Benefit Ride will help make those opportunities more affordable for local families.

SkyPark’s bike trails will open early exclusively for the MSBF Benefit Ride, giving you a chance to hit the trails while supporting a great cause. And don’t forget to stop by Kringle’s Coffee & Gifts for a cup of coffee or a light breakfast before or after your ride.

🎟️ GET YOUR TICKETS AT THE DOOR AND COME RIDE WITH US!

Participation in the MSBF Benefit Ride requires park admission + $10 Benefit Ride ticket

The Making Spirits Bright Foundation was created to honor the legacy of Brenton Crowe, a lifelong resident of the San Bernardino Mountains whose passion was mountain biking and serving his community.

Brenton loved the outdoors. He grew up playing baseball, surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, playing music, and eventually discovered his greatest passion—mountain biking. His love for the sport led him to work at SkyPark, where he served as an Adventure Crew member, Trail Marshal, and eventually Trail Supervisor. He took pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment for every rider.

One of his greatest dreams was to introduce more young people to mountain biking through affordable youth lessons. He believed the trails offered more than recreation—they offered community, purpose, confidence, and belonging.

Today, the Making Spirits Bright Foundation is continuing that dream.

Since 2021, Together We’ve Made an Impact

Thanks to generous supporters, the Making Spirits Bright Foundation has:

  • Provided approximately 125 helmets to young riders.
  • Helped fund more than 250 reduced-cost mountain bike lessons for local youth ages 10–18.
  • Awarded scholarships to graduates of Rim of the World High School pursuing college or trade schools.
  • Donated riding gear to Southern California youth mountain bike teams affected by wildfires.

By purchasing a Benefit Ride Ticket or donating directly, you’re helping remove financial barriers so more local kids can experience everything mountain biking has to offer.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the benefit ride will directly support the Making Spirits Bright Foundation‘s youth mountain biking programs and scholarships, allowing more children to learn, ride, grow, and become part of a positive outdoor community.

Every ride begins with an opportunity.

Your generosity will help ensure that more local youth can discover the confidence, friendships, and joy that mountain biking provides while carrying forward the spirit of community that has made SkyPark such a special place to ride and grow.

Thank you for partnering with the Making Spirits Bright Foundation to help inspire the next generation of riders.

Paid admission is required for entry to SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Annual Passholders must present their current wristband at time of entry. All guests entering the park must complete a waiver, regardless of participation in activities.
