NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The "Win a Free Booth at SkyPark Bike Fest" (the "Sweepstakes") is subject to the following official rules:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SkyPark at Santa’s Village and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes begins on 4/16/2026 and ends on 4/19/2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

To enter, scan the QR code on the advertisement and complete the entry form on the designated landing page, including your name, email address, and phone number. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.

One (1) winner will receive:

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $[900]. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except by the Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the prize.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or around 4/19/26. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails and marketing messages from SkyPark at Santa’s Village. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SkyPark at Santa’s Village, SkyPark Bike Park, and all affiliated entities from and against any claim, liability, injury, damage, or loss arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. The Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair its integrity.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
