Parking is $10 per vehicle when pre-purchased online with your ticket or $15 at the door. Parking is FREE for current Annual Passholders.
Your ticket is “General Admission”. This means that your ticket includes available activities, rides, and entertainment such as shows, character performances, parades, and live music.
There are nominal fees for the following:
- Bike/Helmet Rentals
- Stroller Rentals
- Wheelchair Rentals
- Cookie Decorating
- Professional Photographs (You are welcome to take your own)
- Mining Pay Dirt
- Mountain Movers
- Candy Mine
- Crafts
- Adopt-A-Reindeer Experience
For your safety, closed-toe shoes are required for the majority of our attractions. Socks are required for roller skating. If you are planning on mountain biking, helmets are required (rental helmets are available for an additional fee), and other protective gear such as elbow pads, knee pads, gloves, and eye protection are highly recommended.
Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, and feel free to bring a refillable water bottle (outside food is not permitted).
Paid admission is required for entry to SkyPark at Santa’s Village. All guests entering the park must complete a waiver, regardless of participation in activities.
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and revocable. Each ticket admits one person. All prices are in US dollars. Orders are not accepted until confirmed with a confirmation number. All rates are net rates and subject to change without notice as required by law for any applicable California State taxes.
Discounts are not valid with any other offers and may not be combined.
Please note your ticket is a reservation for a specific date. Due to circumstances beyond our control (Weather, Safety, etc.), we will sometimes be forced to close the park. We will post such closures on our website and social media as soon as we become aware. In this event, you will be welcome to use your tickets on another date, up to one year (365 days) from the original reservation date.
All Annual Passes, Lifestyle Passes, and Monthly Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and revocable. Each Passholder must follow the SkyPark at Santa’s Village procedures to have an acceptable personal photo associated with their Pass for identification purposes, and a Pass must be used by the same person on any and all park visits and benefit redemptions with the Pass. A Passholder without an acceptable personal photo on file will not be allowed admission into SkyPark at Santa’s Village or redemption of discounts or benefits. Violation of SkyPark at Santa’s Village terms and conditions could result in pass revocation without refund. Passes may not be redeemed for cash or used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. Passes are not valid for private events, activities that are separately priced, or events that require a separate admission ticket.
SkyPark at Santa’s Village is not responsible for lost or stolen Passes or property.
Prices, hours of operation, attraction and entertainment availability, and restaurant menu selections are subject to change without notice.
Pets are not allowed inside SkyPark. Service animals are only permitted within ADA guidelines. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted. For safety reasons, service animals are not permitted on any mountain bike trails and may be prohibited from certain attractions.
Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guest 15 years of age or older.
We have endeavored to capture the spirit and magic of the original Santa’s Village while making updates over the years. Some sights will be familiar to you, while others will be brand new.
Guests have the option to bring their own mountain bikes or rent from the SkyPark Bike Shop. All guest-owned mountain bikes and safety gear must be in good repair. Bikes should have mountain bike tires, front and rear brakes, and no throttle. Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes are permitted.
Please note that we do NOT allow the following on our trails:
- Service animals of any kind
- Child or “Shotgun” Seats that attach to the bike
- Road Bikes including, but not limited to, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs
- Mountain Scooters
- Throttle-powered E-Bikes – Class 2 and 3 are not allowed even if the throttle has been removed
- Babies in carrier backpacks / front packs
- Mountain boards / skateboards / Hoverboards / electric unicycles
- Drones of any kind

Limited quantities of mountain bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the park. We do not rent or reserve bikes online or over the phone.
