All Annual Passes and Monthly Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each Passholder must follow the SkyPark at Santa’s Village procedures to have an acceptable personal photo associated with their Pass for identification purposes, and a Pass must be used by the same person on any and all park visits and benefit redemptions with the Pass. A Passholder without an acceptable personal photo on file will not be allowed admission into SkyPark at Santa’s Village or redemption of discounts or benefits. Violation of SkyPark at Santa’s Village terms and conditions could result in pass revocation without refund. Passes may not be redeemed for cash or used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused.
Passes are not valid for private events, activities that are separately priced, or events that require a separate admission ticket. SkyPark at Santa’s Village is not responsible for lost or stolen Passes or property. Replacement Annual Pass wristbands may be purchased in Admissions for $5.
Paid admission is required for entry to SkyPark at Santa’s Village. All guests entering the park must complete a waiver, regardless of participation in activities.
