Guests who have a state-issued placard or license plate for the disabled may park in either our main parking lot or the overflow lot across the street. Parking fees apply. SkyPark's drop-off area can be used to pick up or drop off guests with disabilities. Our drop-off area is located just to the left of the main entrance.

The Caregiver Program is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities who are in need of support services such as personal hygiene, eating, safe movement, medication management, etc. in order to participate in the park's attractions. The Caregiver is an individual whose attendance is required to enable guest participation and who is a licensed professional. Caregivers who are entering the park in order to provide support services may be granted admission at no additional charge. Limit one Caregiver per guest with a disability.

Q: HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY LESSON?

Please arrive at the park 10-15 minutes before your lesson is scheduled to begin. You will need time to sign a waiver, check in through Admissions, walk to the Bike Shop, and inspect your equipment.
