Service animals are permitted at SkyPark within ADA guidelines. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted. Service animals must be controlled and must display appropriate behavior at all times while on our property.
- There is a limit of one service animal per guest.
- A service animal may accompany a person with a disability in all areas where the public is normally allowed to go.
- Service animals may be prohibited from some of our attractions for safety reasons.
Please note that if the service animal is out of control or displaying aggressive behavior, and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if the animal is not housebroken, the person with the disability may be asked to remove the animal from the premises.
