Parking is $10 per vehicle when pre-purchased online with your ticket or $15 at the door. Parking is FREE for current Annual Passholders.

Pets are not allowed inside SkyPark . Service animals are only permitted within ADA guidelines . Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted. For safety reasons, service animals are not permitted on any mountain bike trails and may be prohibited from certain attractions.

Q: WILL SANTA'S VILLAGE HAVE LONG WAIT TIMES?

The holiday season is the most popular time of year to visit Santa's Village. As a result, wait times are expected to be longer than normal. Please be patient and respectful while waiting in queues. Cutting in line, saving spots, or any other form of line-jumping is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a magical and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Q: WHAT IF I LOST/FORGOT MY ANNUAL PASS WRISTBAND?

If you have lost or forgotten your Annual Pass wristband, you will need to purchase a replacement wristband(s) in order to enter the park. Each Passholder must carry and present a current Annual Passholder wristband upon entry into SkyPark at Santa’s Village property. A non-refundable fee of five dollars ($5.00) (or such fee amount as designated by SkyPark) will be required to replace a lost or forgotten wristband. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their wristbands.
