Your ticket is “General Admission.” This means all available Activities, Attractions, Rides, Entertainment; including Light Shows, Main Stage Performances, Balloon-twisting, Light Parade, Face-Painting, Live Music, a free letter to Santa and of course the famous Santa’s Village holiday cheer and clean mountain air!

There are nominal fees for the following:
Bike/Buggy Rentals
Stroller Rentals
Wheelchair Rentals
Professional Photographs (You are welcome to take your own)
Mining Pay Dirt
Candy Mine
Crafts

ADA Service Animals only are permitted at this time.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and revocable. Each ticket admits one person. All prices are in US dollars. Orders are not accepted until confirmed with confirmation number. All rates are net rates and subject to change without notice as required by law for any applicable California State taxes.
Reservation change requests may be made no less than three (3) business days prior to scheduled reservation date.

Discounts are not valid with any other offers and may not be combined.

Please note your ticket is a reservation for a specific date. Due to circumstances beyond our control (Weather, Safety, etc.), we will sometimes be forced to close the Park. We will post such closures on our website and social media as soon as we become aware. In this event, a full refund will be issued or you will be welcome to select another date.

Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a Guest 14 years of age or older.
Yes. We’ve gone to great extents to ensure our Guests with challenges enjoy the same experience as everyone!
Parking is $10 per vehicle and free to LifeStyle Members and Monthly Pass Holders.
*Only Annual Passholders with a reservation are permitted at this time. (30% capacity restriction)

*Bike Park, Hiking and Fishing are open.

*Restaurants are TO GO ONLY at this time.

*Waivers must be signed BEFORE arrival.

*A mask is required on the property but not for exercising.

*Guests must practice social distancing and wear a mask if in a building.

*Guests are responsible for the health and safety of their person – please wash your hands frequently.

*Guests who are 65+, living in nursing homes, and Guests with underlying conditions should refrain from visiting the Park.

*IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL—DO NOT COME TO THE PARK!
