Get ready to kick up some dirt and channel your inner speed demon! Reindeer Race Day is back at SkyPark Bike Park on Saturday, May 16th, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most exciting events of the season.

The day begins bright and early with registration and bib pick-up at 7:00am, giving riders just enough time to gear up before the first race drops at 8:00am from Top of the World. Best of all, entry is completely free with a Day Pass or Annual Pass, making it the perfect excuse to spend the day on the mountain.

Take part in one, two, or all three races- it’s up to you! Winners of each race will be announced behind The Pedal Pub at the end of the event. Prizes will be awarded for the top performers who complete all three races, so go for the trifecta!

RACE SCHEDULE

  • Race 1: Vixen Circuit: Vixen is an intermediate singletrack trail featuring optional single-black lines throughout, including rock gardens and drops. The trail narrows in sections and has some tight turns along the way. Vixen begins off Lower Sleigh Ride and connects to Reindeer Return by Meadowlands.⁠
  • Race 2: Donner & Blitzen Dash: Donner & Blitzen is an advanced double, single-track trail that takes you from the Top of the World through Deck the Halls and splits toward Ladybug Pond or Dark Forest. Pick your line – will it be Donner or Blitzen? ⁠
  • Race 3: Comet Sprint: Comet is our single-track expert trail. This double black diamond trail will keep you on your toes with drops, wood features, technical turns, a rock garden, and a high-speed step up.

Please Note: Rider can only participate in one category. Choose your age group or the open e-bike

Each race begins as soon as the final rider from the previous stage crosses the line, keeping the energy high all morning long. Once the final race wraps, participants can gather behind The Pedal Pub for awards and well-earned bragging rights.

All participants get early trail access after the final race, giving you extra time to enjoy the park and ride your favorite lines.

Paid admission is required for entry to SkyPark. Annual Passholders must present their current wristband at time of entry.
