I purchased Day Pass tickets, bike lessons or an Annual Pass before the new ticketing system went live on October 14th, 2024. Are my tickets still valid?
Yes, your tickets are still valid at the park. Just bring your email confirmation with you on the date of your visit.
I’m trying to purchase tickets for my entire group, but it won’t let me use my email address for the other Day Passes in my cart. Why?
All guests entering the park must complete a waiver, regardless of participation in activities. Each guest age 18 and over must have their own waiver with their own individual email address associated with their visit. Minors will have their waivers attached to a parent/guardian and will not require their own email address.
I created a login when previously making a purchase with the old ticketing system. Does that transfer over?
If you are not an Annual Passholder, you’ll need to create a new account by following the prompts during your purchase. This is a one-time setup. Once completed, you’ll be able to view your order history and check your waiver expiration for future visits.
Do you offer discounts for Military members or 1st Responders?
Yes – we offer 10% off for qualified guests. When you go to purchase your Day Pass(es), select a date and click on “Military/1st Responder Day Pass”. You will be prompted to verify your eligibility through ID.me by submitting valid identification, and your discount will apply once confirmed.
I already submitted a waiver recently. Do I have to do it again?
Yes, with our new ticketing system, all guests will need to create an account and complete an updated waiver when making their first purchase. This is a one-time process, and your waiver will be valid for one year after completion.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% off for group purchases of 10 or more paid tickets. Guests ages 3 and under, and 75+, are free and do not count toward the total. The group discount will automatically be applied at checkout—no coupon code required.
