Q: FIRST AID AND LOST & FOUND

First Aid is available in the Security Office, located in the main admissions building at the front of the park. If you need First Aid services and cannot get to the Security Office, please inform any SkyPark employee so that we may dispatch assistance to your location. Lost & Found is also located in the Security Office. To contact First Aid or Security directly, call 909-744-9933.

Q: HOW DO I VISIT SANTA?

To visit Santa during the holiday season, you will need to either make a reservation (recommended) or wait in the Standby Line. Once you arrive at the park and get checked in, head to Santa's House to speak to one of our elves. All reservations to see Santa must be made in person and on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be made over the phone or online. There are a limited number of reservations per day. Once they are filled, guests will be asked to wait in the Standby Line. Please note that visits with Santa are not guaranteed. While we do our best to accommodate all guests in the Standby Line, the sheer volume of visitors means that Santa doesn’t always get to see everyone.

Q: WILL THERE BE SNOW AND DO I NEED CHAINS?

While there may be snow during your visit, it is entirely dependent on Mother Nature. We cannot promise any particular weather. Be aware that icy road conditions may exist in the mountains during the cold months, and only drive when it is safe to do so. For information on California chain requirements, please click here .
