Parking is $10 per vehicle when pre-purchased online with your ticket or $15 at the door. Parking is FREE for current Annual Passholders.

Pets are not allowed inside SkyPark . Service animals are only permitted within ADA guidelines . Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted. For safety reasons, service animals are not permitted on any mountain bike trails and may be prohibited from certain attractions.

Q: WILL SANTA'S VILLAGE HAVE LONG WAIT TIMES?

The holiday season is the most popular time of year to visit Santa's Village. As a result, wait times are expected to be longer than normal. Please be patient and respectful while waiting in queues. Cutting in line, saving spots, or any other form of line-jumping is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a magical and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Q: CAN MY CHILD ENTER THE PARK WITHOUT AN ADULT?

Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guest 15 years of age or older.

Q: WILL IT BE THE SAME AS I REMEMBER AS A KID?

We have endeavored to capture the spirit and magic of the original Santa’s Village while making updates over the years. Some sights will be familiar to you, while others will be brand new.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF BIKE CAN I BRING?

Guests have the option to bring their own mountain bikes or rent from the SkyPark Bike Shop. All guest-owned mountain bikes and safety gear must be in good repair. Bikes should have mountain bike tires, front and rear brakes, and no throttle. Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes are permitted. Please note that we do NOT allow the following on our trails: Service animals of any kind Child or “Shotgun” Seats that attach to the bike Road Bikes including, but not limited to, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs Mountain Scooters Throttle-powered E-Bikes – Class 2 and 3 are not allowed even if the throttle has been removed Babies in carrier backpacks / front packs Mountain boards / skateboards / Hoverboards / electric unicycles Drones of any kind For a list of restricted bikes and equipment, please click here: Bike Restrictions
