YOUR PREMIER DESTINATION
FOR CHRISTMAS CHEER
HOLIDAY SEASON: NOVEMBER 14, 2024 – JANUARY 5, 2025
Hundreds of years ago, Santa Claus crash-landed in the NorthWoods when his magic key was stolen by the trickster Jack Frost. Fortunately, Santa was found by Arrow, the guardian of the NorthWoods, and together they recovered the lost key.
Santa was so enchanted by the NorthWoods and its inhabitants that he decided to establish a permanent residence there called Santa’s Village. Now, visitors come from all over the world to visit Santa, Arrow, and all the creatures who call the NorthWoods home.
Santa’s Village is a magical place year-round, but something extra special happens when we get close to the holiday season: the entire village transforms into a dazzling Christmas Wonderland!

FAQs
We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance. The holiday season is the busiest time of the year at Santa’s Village and, as a result, tickets may sell out. Same-day tickets are not guaranteed. Please note that paid admission and waivers are required for all guests entering Santa’s Village, regardless of participation in activities.
To visit Santa during the holiday season, you will need to either make a reservation (recommended) or wait in the Standby Line. Once you arrive at the park and get checked in, head to Santa’s House to speak to one of our elves.
All reservations to see Santa must be made in person and on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be made over the phone or online. There are a limited number of reservations per day. Once they are filled, guests will be asked to wait in the Standby Line. Please note that visits with Santa are not guaranteed. While we do our best to accommodate all guests in the Standby Line, the sheer volume of visitors means that Santa doesn’t always get to see everyone.
Breakfast with Santa and Tea with Mrs. Claus are separately ticketed events that are not included with general admission or the VIP Christmas Experience. There are a limited number of tickets available. Due to the popularity of these events, you will need to purchase online in advance. If the ticketing system will not allow you to add more Breakfast or Tea tickets to your order, it is because there are no more available for that date/time slot. You can not add guests at the door.
Each guest attending Breakfast/Tea will need their own park admission ticket AND their own ticket for Breakfast with Santa or Tea with Mrs. Claus. Guests who do not have both tickets will not be admitted. No exceptions.
While there may be snow during your visit, it is entirely dependent on Mother Nature. We cannot promise any particular weather. Be aware that icy road conditions may exist in the mountains during the cold months, and only drive when it is safe to do so. For information on California chain requirements, please click here.
Please check the weather before making your travel plans and refer to CalTrans for road conditions.
Santa’s Village can get very cold during the winter months. Please check the weather before your visit and plan accordingly. We recommend wearing plenty of layers as well as scarves, gloves, and warm hats to ensure your comfort. Closed-toe shoes are required for most activities. Socks are required for skating. Feel free to bring a refillable water bottle (outside food is not permitted).
The holiday season is the most popular time of year to visit Santa’s Village. As a result, wait times are expected to be longer than normal. Please be patient and respectful while waiting in queues. Cutting in line, saving spots, or any other form of line-jumping is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a magical and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Your ticket is “General Admission”. This means that your ticket includes available activities, rides, and entertainment such as shows, character performances, parades, and live music.
